Tires which has completed their useful life and being removed from the vehicle are defined as completed life tires. This tire gives serious damages to the human health and the environment. Starting with these harmful situations of waste tires we have created a tire recycling plant that can make the recycling of tires faster and practically. At our tire recycling plant, you can recycle car tires as well as tires for trucks, work machines and agricultural machinery tires. Firstly, in our hydraulic wire drawing machine we extract the wires of tires. Wire extracted tires are loaded on conveyor belts. The tires broken in the front crusher are passed through several different crushers, brought to a smaller scale, and finally the rubber granules are obtained. Also, according to the customer demands we produce on machines that you can get granule powder for the continuous line. At the end of this process, rubber granule powder is obtained in the desired micron scale. Our tire recycling line varies in two different types, fully automatic and semi-automatic.
