Disc & Star Screen

Our Disc Screen Machines are designed to seperate mechanically the hardest solid wastes in high and demanding flow systems. The motor is driven by the rotated reducer group. The materials are discharged into a large reservoir. The conveyor transfers the product to the disc screen unit. By the effect of the disc rotation the waste collected between it is thrown out. Due to its internally threaded design, there is no need of screen cleaning and no labor is required. Disc, Star, Square, etc. are a high-level scanning mechanical separation methods.

As a MT machinery we produce easy to use and optionally portable mechanical screening systems for the recycling of organic wastes, household and industrial waste. Screen type varies according to the material to be transported. Screen transport speed is adjustable from the control panel. Rapid intervention in machine service and maintenance.
